Çukurova Airport Hatay Transfer
Vehicles & Prices
Price per vehicle — pick a class and book in a minute.
A Çukurova Airport to Hatay transfer is a long but straightforward drive: motorway first, then the gulf coast, then a mountain pass if you are heading for Antakya. The route card shows roughly 225 km to Antakya, which usually means somewhere between two and a half and three hours depending on traffic and weather. Hatay does have its own airport; this page is for travellers whose flight options work better through Çukurova. Çukurova Express runs the trip as a private, door-to-door ride, priced per vehicle.
Landing and meeting your driver
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. We track your flight, so if it lands late the pick-up time moves with it. You do not need to call anyone. Collect your bags, walk out, and you are on your way.
Since this is a long ride, the notes field in your booking is worth a minute. Add your exact address, a landmark if you have one, and any request for a short break on the road. Travelling with a baby or toddler? Add a child seat as an extra when you book.
What the road looks like
The first stretch is motorway. You pass Adana and head east towards Ceyhan across flat farmland. Traffic is usually light outside rush hours. The road then turns south and drops to the Gulf of İskenderun, with orange groves around Dörtyol, mountains on one side and the sea on the other. If you are staying on the coast, this is where the trip ends.
Antakya lies beyond the Amanos range. The car climbs through the Belen pass on a winding road that can be foggy or wet in winter. It is not a road to rush. Once over the top, the Amik Plain opens up and the final run into the city is short.
Which part of Hatay are you going to?
- The gulf towns: Dörtyol, Payas, İskenderun and Arsuz, reached before the pass
- The capital: Antakya and Defne, just after the Belen pass
- The southern coast: Samandağ and Çevlik, beyond Antakya towards the sea
- The plain: Kırıkhan and Reyhanlı, turning off after the pass
For every point we serve in the province, see our Hatay transfer page.
Who rides this route
Business travellers heading to factories, farms or offices usually come alone or in pairs, and a Business Sedan, Premium Sedan or Comfort Class car suits them well. Families visiting relatives for a holiday, wedding or funeral tend to travel with more people and more luggage; a VIP Vito, Ultra VIP Vito or eight-seat Mercedes Vito makes more sense. Bigger family groups often book the 15-seat Mercedes Sprinter or the 7-seat Ultra VIP Sprinter. Summer visitors bound for the beaches of Samandağ or Arsuz usually go for a Vito.
Because the fare is per vehicle, the cost per person drops as the group grows.
Plan the way back now
The return to the airport is just as long, and you will need to leave early enough for check-in. Rather than leaving it to the last day, use the Add return option in the booking form so both legs sit in one reservation. If your time or address changes later, send a request through the My Reservation page. To start, pick your Hatay destination in the form and compare the vehicle classes.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the drive from the airport to Antakya?
The route card shows about 225 km. With normal traffic and a short break, expect roughly two and a half to three hours. The Belen pass can be foggy or rainy in winter, so allow a little extra in those months. Samandağ and other southern towns take longer, while İskenderun on the coast is noticeably closer.
What if my flight lands late at night?
We track your flight, so the pick-up time follows your actual landing, including late-night and early-morning arrivals. Your driver will be in the arrivals hall with a name sign. For night arrivals, it helps to write your full address and the name of whoever is meeting you at the door in the notes field.
Can we stop on the way?
On a drive of this length a short break is a reasonable request. Write it in the notes field of your booking and the driver will plan a stop at a suitable place along the road. If you need to visit several addresses during the day, book them as separate point-to-point transfers so each leg has a clear time.
Can you take me straight to Reyhanlı or Kırıkhan?
Yes. Choose the town on the Amik Plain as your destination and the car turns off after the Belen pass without going into Antakya. If your address is a village or a farm that needs directions, add the nearest settlement and a short description of the way in the notes field.
