VIP Transfer

Black Mercedes-Benz V-Class — VIP transfer vehicle for Adana and Mersin

Our VIP transfer service in Adana and Mersin is built for travellers who want the ride from the airport settled long before they land. You know who will meet you, which vehicle you will sit in and which door you will be dropped at. That is the whole point. Çukurova Express runs private, door-to-door transfers from Çukurova Airport across both provinces, and this page explains what the VIP tier actually covers, which vehicle suits which group, and the routes our guests most often book. If you are visiting the region for the first time, it should also give you a feel for how the airport sits between two cities.

What the VIP Transfer Service Covers

VIP is a word that gets stretched a lot in this industry, so here is our definition. A VIP transfer with us is a private, door-to-door journey in one of our upper vehicle classes. Nobody else is picked up along the way. Nobody shares your car. What is included:

  • A meet-and-greet at the arrivals exit, with your name on a sign.
  • Flight tracking, so the pickup time is adjusted to your new landing time if the flight is delayed.
  • A private car from the terminal to your door.
  • Pricing per vehicle rather than per passenger, which tends to favour families and small teams travelling together.
  • Online booking through the form on our site, with an Add return option that keeps both legs in one booking.
  • A My Reservation page where you can view your booking and send a change request.
  • Child seats, which can be added as an extra.

We keep the list honest. If something is not on it, we do not promise it. Travellers who know exactly what to expect tend to arrive relaxed, and that matters more to most of our guests than any extra flourish.

Choosing Between VIP Vito, Ultra VIP Vito and Ultra VIP Sprinter

Passenger count is only half the decision. Luggage shape, the purpose of the trip and who you are hosting all play a part. Three classes sit at the heart of our VIP offer.

VIP Vito, up to 6 passengers

The natural choice for a family or a small working team. Picture four people with two large suitcases, a folded pushchair and a few backpacks: cramped in a saloon, comfortable here. It also works well for holiday groups heading to hotels along the Mersin coast.

Ultra VIP Vito, up to 6 passengers

Same capacity, higher class. Companies collecting a visiting partner, institutions receiving a delegation and travellers who simply prefer a step up tend to pick this one. The booking form shows both Vito classes side by side, so you can compare prices before you decide.

Ultra VIP Sprinter, up to 7 passengers

Designed for groups that are larger but still need careful hosting: a board of directors, an official delegation, an extended family travelling together. For bigger groups there are standard classes too, the Mercedes Vito for up to 8 and the Mercedes Sprinter for up to 15, but these three are the core of the VIP range.

Travelling alone or as a pair? Business Sedan, Premium Sedan and Comfort Class each take up to 3 passengers. Whichever class you choose, the price shown in the form is for the whole vehicle.

Who Books a VIP Transfer in Adana and Mersin

Mostly people whose time is tight or whose guests matter. A few typical profiles:

Business travellers. The organised industrial zone on the Sarıçam side of Adana, the port and free zone in Mersin, the industrial areas around Tarsus. Most business trips to the region end at one of these. Landing early, being met by name and heading straight to a meeting makes the rest of the day far easier.

People working at or visiting Akkuyu. The nuclear plant site lies far to the west of Mersin, past Silifke on the Gülnar side, and the road there is a long coastal one. A roomy vehicle with space for luggage makes a real difference, and booking both directions together keeps rotations simple.

Families and holidaymakers. Kızkalesi's sandy beach, the Erdemli and Silifke shoreline, or the cooler highland villages people escape to in summer. Child seats can be added to the booking.

Guests of local institutions. An overseas partner of a manufacturer, a visiting academic, a guest doctor at a hospital. How a host collects a visitor is part of the first impression.

Typical VIP Routes From the Airport

Çukurova Airport lies in the Tarsus district of Mersin province, close to the Adana border. In practice that means it sits between two cities, and the direction you are heading shapes the journey from the first roundabout.

Heading to Adana

Hotels, business centres and hospitals in the Seyhan and Çukurova districts; the industrial zone and university campus in Sarıçam; Yüreğir to the east and, further on, Ceyhan and Yumurtalık on the coast. Trips north to Kozan, or up to Pozantı at the foot of the Taurus Mountains, also start in this direction. Our VIP transfers in Adana page lists every destination in the province with vehicle options.

Heading to Mersin

Central Mersin, the hotels of Yenişehir and Mezitli, the port area, and then the coastal strip running west through Erdemli, Kızkalesi and Silifke. The coast road gets busy in summer, so booking ahead during holiday weeks is sensible. See our VIP transfers in Mersin page for each destination.

Tarsus itself

Because the airport is in Tarsus, trips to the town centre, local hotels and nearby industrial sites are short. A short ride still gets the same meet-and-greet and flight tracking. Only the distance changes.

How a VIP Transfer Runs, Step by Step

  1. In the booking form, choose the airport as your starting point and your hotel, office or address as the destination.
  2. Select a vehicle class, enter your flight details and passenger count, and use Add return if you already know your departure.
  3. We track your flight; if it is delayed, the pickup time moves with it.
  4. At the arrivals exit you will see your name on a sign, then head straight to your door.

If your plans change, open My Reservation and send a change request. The earlier we hear about a new date, time or group size, the easier it is to have the right vehicle waiting. Planning several stops on one trip? Book the outbound and return as separate point-to-point transfers.

VIP or Standard: Where the Difference Lies

The service itself does not change between tiers. Meet-and-greet, flight tracking, door-to-door travel and per-vehicle pricing apply across the board. What you are choosing is the vehicle class. Standard classes are practical for large groups and budget-conscious trips. VIP classes suit hosting, executive travel and anyone who wants a higher class of vehicle for the journey. Look at your headcount, your luggage and the reason for the trip, and the right answer usually becomes obvious.

For an overview of every vehicle class and all destinations served from the airport, our Çukurova Airport VIP transfer home page brings everything together, including the booking form.

Booking Your VIP Transfer

Frequently Asked Questions

What is included in a VIP transfer in Adana or Mersin?

A VIP transfer includes a meet-and-greet at the arrivals exit with your name on a sign, flight tracking with the pickup time adjusted if you are delayed, and a private door-to-door ride in a VIP-class vehicle. The price is per vehicle, not per passenger. Child seats can be added as an extra, and you can book the return leg in the same reservation.

How is Ultra VIP Vito different from VIP Vito?

Both vehicles carry up to six passengers. The difference is the class: Ultra VIP Vito is aimed at companies hosting guests, institutions meeting delegations and travellers who want a step up. You can see both prices side by side in the booking form before choosing. For families and small teams, the VIP Vito is usually all that is needed.

Which VIP vehicle suits a group of seven?

The Ultra VIP Sprinter is planned for up to seven passengers and suits boards, delegations and extended families. If your group is larger, the standard Mercedes Vito takes up to eight and the Mercedes Sprinter up to fifteen. When you are carrying a lot of luggage, moving up one capacity level usually makes the ride more comfortable.

What happens to my VIP transfer if my flight is late?

Because you enter your flight details when booking, your flight is tracked and the pickup time is adjusted to the new landing time. You do not need to call anyone. If your flight number or travel date changes altogether, send a change request from the My Reservation page so the meet-and-greet is matched to the correct flight.

Can I book the return journey at the same time?

Yes. Use the Add return option in the booking form and both legs are kept in one reservation, so there is no need for a second booking. Enter the pickup address and your departing flight details for the return. If your schedule shifts later, you can send a change request through My Reservation.
