Information regarding airport greetings in Turkey:

• Çukurova Airport: Exit the terminal building through gate "B".
• Other airports: Our company representative will welcome you at the terminal exit, holding a sign displaying the text provided during your reservation.

If passport control, baggage claim, or other procedures take longer than one hour, please inform us by calling +90 532 254 15 86.

If you cannot see our representative upon exiting the terminal, please immediately contact operations at +90 532 254 15 86 (WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram) and remain at your location until our representative reaches you.

Transfer details:
Our operations department will track your actual flight arrival time and send the reserved vehicle to the terminal accordingly.

Our company does not monitor your return flight departure time. Passengers must monitor their return flight schedules themselves. Changes in departure times must be communicated to us at least 12 hours before your flight via +90 532 254 15 86 (WhatsApp, Telegram) and must be updated in your personal account on our system. Otherwise, refunds will not be available.
