Plain, Mountains, Provincial Capital
The drive starts on the flat Çukurova plain. Then it climbs into the Taurus, with tunnels and viaducts cutting through the range. North of the mountains the air dries and the view opens onto a wide plateau. Approaching Nevşehir from the Niğde side, the first tuff hills appear, then the city itself with its castle on the hilltop.
In winter the Taurus section can see snow and ice. For winter trips, especially the return to the airport, we suggest an earlier pickup.
The Return, in the Same Booking
Business trips tend to be short and planned. If you know your return flight, add it to the same reservation with the “Add return” option in the booking form. Your return pickup might be the office where you held the meeting rather than your hotel; just say so in the notes. How should I plan to make a same-day meeting?
The road from the airport to central Nevşehir is a long overland drive across the Taurus. Working back from your meeting time, allow for baggage collection, the length of the drive and possible weather. If you can, take an early morning flight or move the meeting to the next day; the rest of your day will be far calmer.
Can I book on behalf of a colleague?
Yes. In the online booking form, enter your colleague as the passenger along with their flight number; the meeting sign at arrivals will show the passenger's name. Can I be picked up from my meeting venue on the way back?
Yes. We work door to door, so the return pickup can be the office or institution where you held your meeting rather than your hotel. When you add the return with the “Add return” option, write the pickup address clearly in the notes. If the time changes, send a request from the My Reservation page.
Which vehicle suits our team?
A team of two or three with laptop bags and sample cases travels comfortably in the Ultra VIP Vito. Teams of up to eight fit in a Mercedes Vito, and larger groups can travel together in the fifteen-seat Mercedes Sprinter. Since prices are per vehicle, the cost per person falls as the team grows.
