About the destination

Transfer to Kayseri İncesu

Most people who ask us for an İncesu transfer are not tourists in the usual sense. They are coming home, or visiting someone who lives here. İncesu is a district on the southwestern edge of Kayseri, on the corridor that runs toward Niğde, and it makes a quiet, practical base for anyone with family, work or sightseeing plans in this corner of Central Anatolia. Here is what you should know about getting around, and where our İncesu private transfer service can take you.

The Caravanserai at the Centre of Town

The landmark that puts İncesu on a traveller's map is the Kara Mustafa Pasha Complex. Commissioned by the Ottoman grand vizier Merzifonlu Kara Mustafa Pasha and dated 1670, it brings together a caravanserai, a covered market street, a mosque, a bath, a medrese and a small school. Two courtyards are linked by the arcaded bazaar. Stand in the porticoed yard and you can almost hear the pack animals.

The mosque is still in use. The municipality looks after the complex. It is worth a short stop, even on a tight schedule.

Who Travels Here, and Why

Our passengers to İncesu tend to fall into a few familiar groups. Families arrive from abroad or from big Turkish cities for the summer and the religious holidays, often with more luggage than they left with. Relatives gather at short notice for weddings or funerals. Engineers and buyers with business in Kayseri sometimes stay with relatives in the district rather than in a city hotel. And a smaller group of travellers comes for the caravanserai and carries on to Cappadocia.

Each trip needs a different car. A couple travels comfortably in a Business Sedan or Premium Sedan. A family of five or six with gift boxes and suitcases fits well in a VIP Vito. For a bigger gathering, the eight-seat Mercedes Vito or the fifteen-seat Mercedes Sprinter keeps everyone together. Our prices are per vehicle, not per person.

A Doorstep to Kayseri and Cappadocia

İncesu sits close enough to Kayseri that the city centre feels like the next stop. The castle walls, Cumhuriyet Square and the covered bazaar are all there. In winter the snowy flanks of Mount Erciyes fill the skyline. To the west lies Cappadocia, and guests heading for hotels in Ürgüp or Göreme often treat İncesu as a convenient stop along the way.

Planning a day with several stops? Book each leg as a separate point-to-point transfer. Use the “Add return” option in the booking form to put the way back into the same reservation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where exactly is İncesu?

İncesu is a district of Kayseri Province, southwest of Kayseri city on the corridor toward Niğde. The Kayseri–Niğde railway passes through it. Its best-known building is the Kara Mustafa Pasha Complex from 1670, with a caravanserai, bazaar street, mosque and bath. Being close to the city, it works well as a base for family visits and business in Kayseri.

Can I travel from İncesu to Cappadocia with you?

Yes. You can book a point-to-point transfer from İncesu to Cappadocia locations such as Ürgüp or Göreme, or to central Kayseri. Add the return trip with the “Add return” option so both directions sit in one booking at the times you choose. The booking form shows the price for each vehicle class.

We are a large family coming for a holiday. Which vehicle should we book?

Count suitcases as carefully as people. A family of five or six with holiday luggage usually suits a VIP Vito. Two families together, or a group with lots of boxes, should look at the eight-seat Mercedes Vito or the fifteen-seat Mercedes Sprinter. Prices are per vehicle, so sharing one car keeps the cost per person down.

Our relatives live in a village outside the town. Will the driver find the house?

We work door to door. In village neighbourhoods, directions are often given by a mosque or a fountain rather than a street name. Write the neighbourhood, a known landmark and a reachable phone number in the notes field of the booking form. That information fixes the pickup and drop-off point clearly.
