A Çukurova Airport to Tomuk transfer is the first day of the summer for many families. You land, wait at the belt for suitcases and the odd cardboard box, and think about two things: the keys to the flat and the empty fridge. Crossing Mersin to Reach the Coast
Most of the route runs around and through the city of Mersin. Wide roads after Tarsus, then the long seafront of Mersin itself. Past Mezitli the buildings thin out, greenhouses and lemon groves appear on the right and the sea on the left. Tomuk sits where this coast road begins to approach Erdemli.
Because you cross a city, timing matters. Weekday evening rush hour and summer weekends slow things down. Friday evening heading out to the coast and Sunday evening heading back to town are the busiest. If your flight lands at those times, your driver plans for it.

Moving into a summer flat takes more than a holiday suitcase, so choose the vehicle by luggage as well as passengers.

Gate Drop-Off Now, Return in September

For most families the return falls in the last week before school starts, when the airport gets busy. Add it now with the Add return option in the booking form so both legs are in one reservation. Will Mersin traffic slow down the drive to Tomuk?
The route goes around and along Mersin, so it can slow down at busy times, especially on weekday evenings and on summer Friday evenings when people head to the coast. Our drivers know these patterns. If your return trip falls in those hours, we suggest choosing a slightly earlier pickup time to stay relaxed.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight number in your booking. If the plane lands late, your driver's pickup time is adjusted to the actual landing. Even if you spend a long time at the baggage belt, your driver waits at the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name. You do not need to do anything extra.
We are three generations travelling together. Which vehicle?
Families travelling with grandparents and children usually choose the eight-seat Mercedes Vito, which takes everyone and the luggage in a single vehicle. If there are fewer of you but a lot of luggage, a VIP Vito is enough. Child seats can be added to the booking as an extra for younger travellers.
Should we book the September return now?
Yes. In the days before schools reopen, the airport and the roads are busy. Add the return when you book the arrival, using the Add return option in the booking form, and the plan is ready from day one. If the date or time changes, you can send a change request through the My Reservation page.
