Çukurova Airport Onur Motel Transfer
Vehicles & Prices
Price per vehicle — pick a class and book in a minute.
A Çukurova Airport to Onur Motel transfer covers almost the entire coastline of Mersin province. The airport is near Tarsus; Onur Motel is in Anamur, at the far western end of the province, in the Bozdoğan neighbourhood near Mamure Castle on the eastern edge of town. Here is how the journey runs from landing to the motel door, what the road is like and how to choose a car for a long drive.
Your Name at the Arrivals Exit
You enter your flight number when you book, and we track the flight. If the plane is late, the pickup moves to the actual landing time. Collect your luggage, walk out through arrivals and look for the sign with your name on it. Then you are on your way.
A long road lies ahead, so a little preparation pays off. Charge your phone. Keep water and a snack in your hand luggage. Travelling with children? Add a child seat to the booking as an extra and it will be ready in the car.
West Along the Coast
From the airport the car heads west towards Mersin, using the wide roads that skirt the city. Past Mersin, the route follows the shore through Erdemli and Silifke. After Taşucu the road changes character. It winds along a narrow strip between the mountains and the sea, through the small towns of Aydıncık and Bozyazı.
This journey has one advantage specific to Onur Motel. The car enters Anamur from the east, from the Bozyazı side. Bozdoğan and Mamure Castle come up before the town centre does. You reach the motel without crossing town, which feels like a small gift at the end of a long day.
Choosing a Car for a Long Drive
On a short city run the vehicle class hardly matters. On a drive as long as Anamur, cabin space, legroom and boot size shape the whole trip.
- Solo traveller or couple, light luggage: Business Sedan or Comfort Class
- Two passengers who want a roomier back seat: Premium Sedan
- Family or friends, four or five people: VIP Vito
- Those who want the most comfortable cabin for the long road: Ultra VIP Vito
- Larger families of up to eight: Mercedes Vito
- Big groups visiting the castle and ancient sites: Mercedes Sprinter
Prices are per vehicle, so the cost per head drops noticeably for groups. The booking form shows every class side by side.
Landing Time Shapes Arrival, Flight Time Shapes Return
The length of the drive makes your landing time matter more than usual. A morning flight gets you to Anamur in daylight. An evening arrival means reaching the motel late at night, so ask the motel about late check-in beforehand. For more on the motel's setting in Bozdoğan and the trips you can take from there, see our Onur Motel page.
The return needs no separate booking. Use the “Add return” option in the booking form to add the motel-to-airport leg to the same reservation. Work the pickup time back from your flight, allowing for the length of the road, busier beach towns on summer weekends and check-in at the airport. To start, choose Çukurova Airport as pickup and Onur Motel as drop-off, then enter your flight number.
Frequently Asked Questions
Which road does the car take to Anamur?
The car heads west from the airport towards Mersin, then follows the coastal road through Erdemli and Silifke. After Taşucu the road winds between the mountains and the sea, passing Aydıncık and Bozyazı before entering Anamur from the east. It is a long journey, so choose your flight time with that in mind.
Do we have to drive through the town centre to reach the motel?
No. The car enters Anamur from the Bozyazı side, which is the east. Bozdoğan, where Onur Motel is, and Mamure Castle both lie on that approach before the town centre. You reach the motel without getting caught in central Anamur's traffic.
Can we stop on the way?
The journey is planned as a door-to-door private transfer. On a long road you can ask your driver about a short comfort stop. If you want to spend time sightseeing somewhere along the route, plan the outward and onward legs as separate point-to-point transfers so each part has its own booking.
What if my return date changes?
If you added the return with the “Add return” option when booking, send a change request through the My Reservation page for a new date or time. Set the new pickup time by working back from your flight and allowing for the long drive from Anamur to the airport.
