How do I add a child seat?
Choose a child seat as an extra in the booking form. Writing your child's age in the notes helps us prepare the right seat. If you want to add one after booking, send a change request through the My Reservation page on our website and include the details there.
If my flight is delayed, is the pickup cancelled?
No. We track the flight number you give us, and if the plane is late the pickup follows its real landing time. After collecting your luggage, you will be met at arrivals with a sign showing your name, and the journey ends outside the hotel in Susanoğlu.
