Çukurova Airport Bogsak Transfer
Vehicles & Prices
Price per vehicle — pick a class and book in a minute.
A Çukurova Airport to Bogsak transfer is one of the longer coastal routes we drive. From the airport you head into Mersin, then on through Erdemli, Kizkalesi and Silifke to Taşucu, before the coast road turns winding and drops down to the bay. This page covers the trip from landing to your hotel door, what the road is like and a few suggestions for a long ride.
Landing, Name Sign, On the Road
Add your flight number when you book. We track the flight, and if the plane lands late the pickup moves to the actual landing time. Our driver waits at the arrivals exit holding a sign with your name. The car is yours alone and makes no detours to other addresses.
Use the wait at the baggage belt for the small things. Restroom, a bottle of water, maybe a coffee. The road ahead is long, and the last part bends a lot.
From Flat Coast Road to Hairpins
Most of the journey is easy going. First the wide roads around Mersin, then the long flat stretch of the D400 along the shore: Erdemli's greenhouses, the ruins at Ayas, the sea castle at Kizkalesi. After Narlıkuyu the coast turns rocky, you cross the Göksu at Silifke, and you reach Taşucu.
The real change comes after Taşucu. The coast road climbs onto the hillsides, wraps around rocky headlands and in places looks down on the sea from above. The bends come thick and fast. If you are prone to car sickness, sit in front and keep your eyes on the road here. Then the road curls downhill and Bogsak bay appears, island and all.
Choosing a Car for a Long Ride
On this route, think about the length of the journey as well as the number of passengers. A roomier cabin makes a real difference over a long drive.

Prices are per vehicle, and the booking form shows every class side by side. Remember to add a child seat as an extra if you need one.
Arriving in the Bay, and the Trip Back
Some places to stay are close to the main road, others at the end of small lanes leading down to the water. Give the name and full address of your hotel or campsite in the booking. Our system lists Boğsak Motel and İntermot Boğsak Otel. For more about the bay, the island and nearby outings, see our Bogsak page.
On a long route it is unwise to leave the return to the last day. Use the Add return option in the booking form to put both directions in one booking. When you work the pickup time back from your flight, allow for the winding section and for check-in. To start, select Çukurova Airport as pickup and Bogsak as drop-off and enter your flight details.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the road like after Taşucu?
Up to Taşucu the road is mostly flat and runs alongside the coast. After Taşucu it climbs the hillsides, winds around rocky headlands and the bends become frequent. Passengers prone to car sickness are more comfortable in the front seat looking ahead. At the end of this section the road descends to the bay and you arrive in Bogsak.
Do you meet late-night flights?
Yes, you book according to your landing time, whatever the hour. Because we track your flight number, delays shift the pickup time too. For late arrivals, it is worth telling your hotel reception in advance that you will check in late, so things go smoothly when you reach the bay.
How should we prepare for the long drive with small children?
Add a child seat as an extra when you book and say how many you need. Pack water, snacks and a small toy in your hand luggage rather than the suitcase, which is out of reach on the road. On the winding final stretch, children prone to car sickness do better looking ahead. Families wanting space usually choose a VIP Vito.
Can I plan the return in the same booking?
Yes. With the Add return option in the booking form you can book the trip from Bogsak back to the airport together with your arrival. Enter the return date, pickup time and flight details. As the route is long and its final stretch winding, choose a pickup time that leaves a comfortable margin for check-in.
