- The full name and address of the hotel, office or site.
- Which entrance you will use, if there is more than one.
- A phone number that will be on at pickup.
- The traveller's name and contact details if you are booking for a colleague.
- How many bags, especially if you are carrying samples or presentation kit.
- Your flight number and departure time.
If you want to be collected near the bazaar, naming a nearby main street where the car can pull in makes things quicker.
Evening Traffic and the Road to the Plain
When you leave the city shapes the whole trip. On weekday late afternoons the centre can get busy, so for an evening flight bring the pickup forward a little. Once out of town, the road drops to the plain, joins the motorway and heads west past Adana, which can also slow down at rush hour. Late at night the route is usually quiet.
A Car You Can Work In
A long drive can be spent on calls or on a laptop. A Business Sedan or Premium Sedan suits an executive travelling alone. Delegations of two or three who want more room to spread out often choose the Ultra VIP Vito. Can you pick me up from my workplace instead of the hotel?

My flight has been moved earlier. How do I update the booking?
Open your booking on the My Reservation page and send a change request with the new departure time. Work out the new pickup time by counting back from the flight again, allowing for evening traffic and the steps at the airport. The sooner you let us know, the easier the change is to arrange.
There are three of us travelling back together. Which vehicle fits?
