Can the sign show our company name?
Passengers are met at the arrivals exit with a name sign. If you are travelling as a group, tell us in the booking notes which name to show, such as your company or the event title. That helps a group of people who may not know each other find the driver easily.
If I land on the morning of the congress, will I make the first session?
That depends on your flight time, traffic and when the session starts. The drive crosses the whole of Mersin, and GMK Boulevard is busy during the day. For a tight programme, we suggest arriving the evening before or booking a flight that lands well ahead of the session.
Can we book all delegates' returns at once?
The clearest way is a separate booking for each delegate or each group on the same flight. You can add the return to each booking with the "Add return" option when you reserve the arrival. Any changes are requested through the My Reservation page.
