No, a delay does not cancel your transfer. We track the flight using the number in your booking and adjust the pickup to the actual landing time. Once you have your luggage, you will be met at the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name and driven straight to the hotel.
Does the car go right up to the hotel entrance?
Yes, we work door to door. In Ayaş the car leaves the main road, turns into the hotel's street and stops outside the entrance. Because a similarly named listing exists nearby, adding the address from your confirmation to the booking notes helps the driver go straight to the right door.
Which car should a family of five choose?

How do we choose a return time for an evening flight?
