Çukurova Airport Seymen Hotel Kızkalesi Transfer
Vehicles & Prices
Price per vehicle — pick a class and book in a minute.
The last thing you see on a Çukurova Airport to Seymen Hotel Kızkalesi transfer is the castle in the sea. The road runs from the airport to Mersin, then along the coast through Erdemli to Kızkalesi, and that silhouette greets you as you enter town. The hotel is in the historic centre, between the two castles. This page follows the journey from landing to the hotel door, including how it changes with the time of day.
At the Arrivals Exit
Just add your flight number to the booking. We track the flight, and if it is delayed, the pickup time moves to the actual landing. Collect your bags, walk out through arrivals and look for the sign with your name.
Families with children may take a little longer to come through. That is fine. If you added a child seat to the booking, it will be ready in the car.
Morning, Midday and Evening on the Road
The route is the same at any hour: the car leaves the airport towards Mersin, follows the wide roads around the city, then takes the coastal road towards Erdemli. After Erdemli come the shoreline neighbourhoods and the ancient ruins of Ayaş, then Kızkalesi. The feel of the drive, though, changes with the clock.
On a morning arrival the road is calm and you reach town before lunch. At midday the sun is high and the greenhouses glare. Arrive late in the afternoon and the sun sinks straight ahead of you; as you enter town, the island castle sits in front of the sunset. On summer weekends, Friday evenings especially, expect more traffic leaving Mersin and at the entrance to town. Inside Kızkalesi the car comes right to the hotel.
Choosing a Vehicle for a Town Holiday
In Kızkalesi you will mostly walk, so the car matters for the airport run and a few outings. Pick a class by passengers and luggage:
- Two people, two cases: Business Sedan or Premium Sedan
- Three people, or one bag too many: Comfort Class
- A family of four or five with a pushchair and beach gear: VIP Vito
- Up to eight relatives and friends: Mercedes Vito
For a more comfortable family ride there is the Ultra VIP Vito, and for groups of up to fifteen the Mercedes Sprinter. Prices are per vehicle.
Working Out Departure Day
The return needs no separate booking. Use the “Add return” option to add the hotel-to-airport leg to the same reservation. Set the pickup time by counting back from your flight, allowing for possible traffic on the coast road and through Mersin. Sunday evenings can get busy with holidaymakers heading home.
For more on the hotel's location, its closeness to the castles and the trips you can take from there, see our Seymen Hotel Kızkalesi page. To book, choose Çukurova Airport as pickup and Seymen Hotel Kızkalesi as drop-off, then enter your flight number.
Frequently Asked Questions
If we land in the evening, will we arrive at sunset?
That depends on your landing time and the season. In summer, on a late-afternoon arrival, the sun sinks ahead of you, towards the west, on the final stretch. We cannot promise an exact arrival time because traffic varies, but flight tracking means the pickup always follows your actual landing.
Will the car come right to the hotel in town?
Yes, we work door to door, and the car pulls up at the hotel entrance. The hotel name is in your booking, so there is no need to give the driver directions. On summer evenings there can be plenty of pedestrians in town, and the driver takes care accordingly.
How do we add a child seat?
Add a child seat as an extra when you book. Writing your child's age in the booking notes helps us prepare the right seat. It will be ready in the car when you arrive, so there is no fitting it in the airport car park.
What should we keep in mind for a Sunday evening return?
In summer, Sunday evenings can bring heavy traffic on the coast road and through Mersin as holidaymakers head home. When working back from your flight time, add extra margin for that. Adding the return at the start with the “Add return” option makes the last day much easier to plan.
