Çukurova Airport Otel Can Transfer
Vehicles & Prices
Price per vehicle — pick a class and book in a minute.
A Çukurova Airport to Otel Can transfer ends at one of the most history-packed spots on the Mersin coast: Ayaş. The airport is near Tarsus; the hotel sits past Erdemli and just short of Kızkalesi, on the shore where the ruins of Elaiussa Sebaste stand. Whether it is a weekend away for two or a few days of sightseeing, here is the journey from landing to the hotel door, step by step.
Landing: A Short Wait, Then the Road
At the arrivals exit you will see a sign with your name on it. Just put your flight number in the booking; we track the flight, and if it is delayed the pickup moves to the actual landing time. Small groups travel light, so loading is quick.
Camera bag, tripod, walking boots. People on a history trip pack a little differently. If you carry delicate equipment and want a roomier cabin to keep it close, consider going up a class.
History Starts Halfway Along
From the airport the car heads west on the motorway around Mersin, bypassing the city centre on the ring roads. After Mezitli the coastal road begins, past the greenhouses and lemon groves of Erdemli, then through Limonlu. Approaching Ayaş, the scenery changes.
The last stretch is unique to this hotel. Entering Ayaş, an ancient theatre and arches appear right beside the road. The car does not go on to Kızkalesi; it leaves the coastal road in Ayaş and stops outside the hotel. The hotel name is in your booking, so no directions are needed. On summer weekends traffic can build leaving Mersin and through the beach towns.
Cars for Small Groups
Guests at this hotel tend to travel in small numbers, so the choice is simple.
- A solo researcher or traveller: Business Sedan
- A couple wanting a roomier cabin: Premium Sedan
- Three friends with light bags: Comfort Class
- A photography group with gear, or a family visiting relatives: VIP Vito or Ultra VIP Vito
Prices are per vehicle, not per person. The booking form shows each class side by side, and a child seat can be added as an extra.
Evening Arrivals and Departure Day
On an evening flight you will reach the hotel late. Night reception arrangements at small hotels vary, so tell the hotel your arrival time beforehand. For more on the hotel's spot in Ayaş and day trips from there, see our Otel Can page.
The return needs no separate booking. Use "Add return" in the booking form to add the hotel-to-airport leg to the same reservation. Work the pickup time back from your flight, allowing for traffic on the coast road and around Mersin plus check-in at the airport. To start, choose Çukurova Airport and Otel Can in the form and enter your flight number.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do we have to go all the way to Kızkalesi to reach Ayaş?
No. Coming from the airport, Ayaş comes before Kızkalesi. After Mersin and Erdemli the car follows the coastal road through Limonlu and into Ayaş, so the journey ends before Kızkalesi. You can visit Kızkalesi later with a short separate transfer from the hotel whenever you like.
There are two of us. Is a sedan enough?
Yes. For two people with normal luggage, a Business Sedan or Premium Sedan is enough, and three people fit a Comfort Class car. If you are bringing bulky items such as camera equipment, large suitcases or a folding bike, a VIP Vito gives you far more luggage space. Prices are per vehicle.
What if our flight lands close to midnight?
When your flight number is in the booking, we track the flight and set the pickup to the real landing time, so even late at night a driver meets you at the exit with a name sign. We do not know the hotel's night check-in arrangements, so let the hotel know you will arrive late.
Can we stop in Tarsus on the way back to the airport?
We suggest booking a journey with a stop as separate point-to-point transfers rather than one trip: first from the hotel to Tarsus, then from Tarsus to Çukurova Airport. The booking form shows the price of each leg, and you can set both pickup times clearly around your flight.
