Çukurova Airport Navona Otel Transfer
Vehicles & Prices
Price per vehicle — pick a class and book in a minute.
A Çukurova Airport to Navona Otel transfer is the first hour of a business trip. You land, your phone reconnects and the emails pile in. The car collects you at the airport on the Tarsus side, takes the motorway to Mersin and drops you outside this four-star hotel on Gazi Mustafa Kemal Boulevard in Yenişehir. Here is that journey, seen through a business traveller's eyes.
Met Without a Phone Call
Put your flight number in the booking and we track the flight. If it is delayed, the pickup time moves to the actual landing; there is no need to message anyone. In the arrivals hall, look for the sign with your name or your company's name.
Arranging a ride for a client or a senior colleague? Add the name you want on the sign in the booking notes. Your guest does not have to search the crowd. They see the sign and walk to the car.
Motorway, City Exit, Boulevard
The car heads west towards Mersin. Past Tarsus, the motorway runs along the northern edge of the city; the driver leaves it at a suitable exit, drops down towards the coast and joins GMK Boulevard. It is a calm stretch for a phone call or one last look at your slides.
The final part is particular to this hotel. GMK is a busy, two-way boulevard with a central reservation, so the direction you approach from decides how easily the car can stop at the door. The driver plans the approach accordingly. Around the evening rush the boulevard can slow down; early mornings and late nights are usually much smoother.
A Car That Fits the Trip
A lone executive and a project team need different things. Choose by purpose:
- One passenger with a cabin bag and laptop: Business Sedan
- An executive who wants a quieter, roomier cabin: Premium Sedan
- A three-person project team: Comfort Class
- A company meeting a client or carrying samples: VIP Vito or Ultra VIP Vito
- An eight-person team on a site visit: Mercedes Vito
- A large delegation for a meeting or congress: Mercedes Sprinter
Pricing is per vehicle, not per passenger. The booking form shows the price for each class.
From the Meeting Diary to the Flight Time
Landing in the morning with a meeting at noon? You may reach the hotel before your room is ready, so ask the hotel about early check-in or leaving your bags. For more on the hotel's position on the boulevard and rides around the city, see our Navona Otel page.
The return needs no separate booking. Use "Add return" in the booking form and the hotel-to-airport leg joins the same reservation. If your last meeting is elsewhere in the city, it may make more sense to start the return from that address. Work the pickup time back from your flight, allowing for boulevard and motorway traffic. If the meeting overruns or the flight changes, send a change request through the My Reservation page. To begin, select Çukurova Airport and Navona Otel in the form and enter your flight number.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the sign show our company name?
Yes. Write the name you want displayed in the notes field when booking; it can be the guest's name or your company's. The driver waits in the arrivals hall with that sign. Add your guest's flight number too, so that if the flight is late the pickup time shifts to the actual landing time.
Which way does the car go to the hotel?
From the airport the car heads west towards Mersin on the motorway along the northern side of the city. It leaves at a suitable exit, drops towards the coast and joins Gazi Mustafa Kemal Boulevard. Because the hotel faces the boulevard, the driver approaches from the right direction to stop at the entrance.
What should we include in the booking for company travel?
Fill in the passenger and contact details in full, and if you travel on behalf of a company, add the company details in the notes field. You can view the booking later on the My Reservation page and send a change request if needed. Since pricing is per vehicle, putting a team in one car keeps costs simple.
Can I go straight from a meeting to the airport?
Yes. The return pickup does not have to be the hotel; you can choose the office where your last meeting takes place, or any other address, as the starting point. In that case book the return as a separate point-to-point transfer and set the pickup time back from your flight, allowing for city traffic.
