A Çukurova Airport to Mersin Marina transfer is the last link between you and your boat. You land with your mind already on the pontoon: whether the engine will start, what the weather is doing. From the airport the car heads towards Mersin and enters from the east. As the marina is on the western side, the route either crosses the centre or follows the ring roads, depending on the hour and the traffic. Evening rush hour slows the city down; mornings and midday are usually smoother.
Think ahead about where you want to be dropped. The pontoon entrance, your hotel, the restaurant side? Write the pontoon or boat name in the notes.
Choose the Car by the Cargo
On this route your load, not your headcount, decides the vehicle. As a rough guide:
- A couple travelling light: Business Sedan or Premium Sedan
- Two people with a sail bag and a toolbox: VIP Vito
- A maintenance team or crew of four or five with equipment: eight-seat Mercedes Vito
- A big group of friends with a week of provisions: Mercedes Sprinter

After You Sail: Getting Back
Returns work differently when a boat is involved. If you will come back to the same marina, use the "Add return" option in the booking form to put the return in the same reservation. If you sail on to Taşucu or another harbour and fly home from there, book that leg separately from the right location. Where in the marina will you drop us?
We work door to door, so the car comes to the most convenient point it can reach inside the marina area. Tell us in the notes whether you want the pontoon entrance, a hotel near the marina or the restaurant side. A pontoon number or boat name also helps the driver bring you to the right spot.
Will a long sail bag fit in the car?
Long, bulky boat equipment can be a problem in a sedan. If you are carrying that kind of load, a VIP Vito or the eight-seat Mercedes Vito offers far more luggage space, even for two people. A short description of your gear in the notes makes it easier to choose the right class.
We are sailing to another harbour. How do we arrange the return?
If your return starts elsewhere, for example after sailing to Taşucu, book that journey separately from the location where you will be. If you are coming back to the same marina, the "Add return" option keeps both legs in one reservation. If the weather changes your plans, send a change request via the My Reservation page.
What if my flight lands late?
We track your flight number. If the plane is delayed, the pickup moves to the actual landing time and the driver waits at the arrivals exit with a sign showing your name. For a late-night landing, say in the notes whether you are going straight to the boat or to a hotel near the marina.
