What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight using the number in your booking. If it is delayed, the pickup time is adjusted to the actual landing time and your driver waits at the arrivals exit with your name sign. If you change flights, send the new details as a change request through the My Reservation page.
When should I book for a holiday period?
For busy periods such as religious holidays and the start of the summer break, book as soon as your dates are fixed so you can choose the vehicle class you want. Put both legs on one reservation with the “Add return” option, and allow for heavier traffic on coastal roads when choosing your return time.
