Çukurova Airport Emir Royal Hotel Transfer
Vehicles & Prices
Price per vehicle — pick a class and book in a minute.
A Çukurova Airport to Emir Royal Hotel transfer is often a family journey rather than a solo one. The airport sits on the Tarsus side; the hotel is on Sefa Özler Street in Kuruköprü, close to Adana's old centre. In between come the motorway, the plain and the city streets. Below we explain the trip with a focus on people arriving together, or on several different flights.
Several Flights, One Plan
Relatives coming for a wedding or reunion rarely land on the same plane. One arrives from Istanbul in the morning, another from abroad at night. Book a separate transfer for each flight and add its flight number.
We track every flight individually. If one is delayed, only that group's pickup time moves. Each party is met at the arrivals exit with a sign showing their name. Nobody has to wait for anyone else.
From the Motorway to Kuruköprü
The car heads east from the airport on the motorway to Adana. Tarsus falls behind and the flat fields of the Çukurova plain stretch out on both sides. For older relatives tired after a long journey, this part is a calm chance to rest.
In Adana, the car makes for the central neighbourhoods of Seyhan, then Kuruköprü, and stops outside the hotel on Sefa Özler Street. Daytime traffic near the old centre can be heavy. During the weekend wedding season the city section may take a little longer, so allow for it in your plans after landing.
Matching Vehicles to Headcount
When you choose, look beyond the number of people. Count suitcases and gift boxes too. Wedding guests nearly always carry more than expected.
- Two people and a suit carrier: Business Sedan or Premium Sedan
- A family of three: Comfort Class
- Six people with lots of luggage and a pushchair: VIP Vito or Ultra VIP Vito
- An extended family of eight: Mercedes Vito
- Seven guests including older relatives who want extra comfort: Ultra VIP Sprinter
- A convoy of up to fifteen relatives: Mercedes Sprinter
- Groups larger than that: more than one vehicle
Prices are per vehicle and the booking form shows every class side by side. Child seats can be added as an extra.
Room Readiness and Party Time
If a group lands in the morning, ask the hotel ahead of time when rooms will be ready. That matters if the celebration is the same evening. You can also go straight from the airport to a family home and book a second transfer to the hotel later. For the neighbourhood, venue trips and onward journeys to other provinces, see our Emir Royal Hotel page.
Seeing Your Guests Off
Returns do not need separate bookings: add the hotel-to-airport leg with the "Add return" option when you book the arrival. Work each pickup time back from that group's own flight, allowing for leaving the centre, the motorway and check-in at the airport. To start, choose Çukurova Airport and Emir Royal Hotel in the form and enter the flight number.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can relatives on different flights share one booking?
No. Make a separate booking for each flight, because the pickup is timed by the flight number. When every booking has the correct flight number, each group is met with a name sign at its own landing time. All of them can still have Emir Royal Hotel as the drop-off point.
What is the route from the airport to the hotel?
The car takes the motorway east towards Adana, leaving Tarsus behind. In the city it passes through central Seyhan to reach Kuruköprü and stops outside the hotel on Sefa Özler Street. The trip is door to door with no changes and no other passengers on board.
Which car suits a family with a pushchair and lots of bags?
Families of up to six with plenty of luggage fit well in the VIP Vito or Ultra VIP Vito. If you have a great deal of luggage, the eight-seat Mercedes Vito leaves even more room. For small children, remember to add a child seat as an extra while booking.
If one flight is late, do the other guests have to wait?
No. Each flight has its own booking, so one delay does not affect the other groups. The late flight's pickup simply moves to its actual landing time, while everyone else rides to the hotel in their own vehicle. If a flight number changes, send a change request through the My Reservation page.
